MINDFULNESS AFTER WORK – STARTING 29th APRIL
A series of four relaxed and invigorating evening classes where you will learn how to train your attention to have total engagement in the moment which increases your focus and presence and deepens your level of reality.
Come and learn how take the stress of the day out and enjoy a more present state of being.
Practicing Mindfulness offers us a tool for profound change and helps us to not get tangled up in over- thinking; old memories and hurts, worry or dreaming off into an imagined future. Mindfulness helps us be present in our own lives and just be with what is happening.
In the classes we will familarise ourselves with the proven, simple but powerful exercises that is helping individuals of all walks of life getting a direct experience of the mindful state. To make a radical shift by learning how to ‘be in the present moment’. These classes will also give you practical advise and help with establishing your ongoing mindfulness practise to make it a reliable resource in your everyday life, readily at hands whenever you need it.

The Teacher
The Ponsonby Mindfulness Classes are held by Rita Riccola who is an experienced Mindfulness trainer and NZ Registered Teacher. Rita has been a Vipassana practitioner for 25 years and completed a Mindfulness Certificate Course with Mindful Schools (USA) based on MBSR. She has been teaching in schools and community centres since 2013.
