Establishing a regular mindful practice is not always as easy as many mindfulness courses and mindfulness coaches
makes it out to be.
In our busy times when many people don’t even have the time to answer emails from close friends and family, it is hard to find the time and feel motivated enough to actually do those mindfulness exercises. In short, It takes a little bit of discipline but fortunately discipline comes naturally when you experience results, for example the first small signs that you are benefitting from these exercises; a bit of ‘inner peace’ or a new ‘spaciousness’ where you suddenly can choose to shift the attention when ‘unhelpful’ or worrying thoughts try to take over when you are under a bit of stress or pressure. You are getting empowered by the discovery that you can self-manage your thoughts and emotions
No ‘Beeping’ Apps
If you haven’t found a mindfulness practice that works for you or is inspiring or profound enough to motivate you to keep at it, or if you are new to mindfulness and want to find out what it is all about, this self-paced training might be just what you have been looking for. It is not an app that ‘beeps’ at you at different times a day, it is a ‘proper’ course with guided audio exercises and weekly lessons that takes you deeper on your mindfulness journey step by step while you are keeping a daily journal. It is created to be enjoyable while still giving you all the powerful exercises that was designed by the original MBSR members who trained with Jon Kabat-Zinn. (the founder of MBSR – mindfulness-based stress reduction).
Signs That ‘It Works’
The exercises are there to help you to get to a state of ease and natural joy that most of us cover over and forget when we busying ourselves with the day to day routines. Other exercises are there to to bring awareness to the present moment where all concerns and worry naturally falls away. Does that sounds inspiring to you? If so, see below all the resources and tools that you get from this course to help you establish a regular mindfulness practice from wherever you are.
